How can I place an order?

You’ll first need to create an account on our website. After that, you’ll get access to our online shop.

Do you offer any other brands or models aside from the ones featured on the website?

No, all the brands and models we offer are displayed on the website.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is a subtotal of EUR 400.

Can I get a sample?

Yes, new customers can make the first order of any value. Just fill your shopping cart with the desired items and proceed to checkout as you would with any other order.
Please keep in mind that the shipping fees start at EUR 50 for most locations. Therefore, you’ll get the most out of your investment when ordering at least 4 items on your sample. Mix and match the brands as your heart desires! 

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! You can get a special discount depending on your subtotal cart amount:

  • Orders from EUR 1 800 qualify for a 20% discount. Use the code 20off 
  • Orders from EUR 3 700 qualify for a 25% discount. Use the code 25off 
  • Orders from EUR 7 500 qualify for a 30% discount. Use the code 30off 

In case your order value exceeds EUR 16 000, send us an email.

If you order in a different currency, check the equivalent in EUR to find out which discount applies to your order. 

How do I know if the items on your website are in stock?

Please know that we carry substantial quantities of model variations and process large orders around the clock. As a result, our stock is constantly changing and it’s not possible to track it online.

What’s your procedure for out-of-stock models?

At the checkout of your order feel free to choose one of 3 options to handle out of stock cases:

  1. replacing out of stock items with available models from your order;
  2. replacing out of stock items with particular models specified by you in the notes section;
  3. the value of the out of stock items is refunded as store credit.

If any model is not available at the time of packaging, you’ll get a notification to your email with either the replacement list or the refund coupon code.

Do you update the invoice when there are out-of-stock items?

We only update invoices upon-request. If necessary, please contact us.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We’re dedicated to providing you with excellent service, but we’re obliged to charge a service fee after the third modification within an order. For more details on this, please check our Terms of Service https://www.ticdistribution.com/terms-of-service/
The charge does not apply to changes related to out-of-stock models.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept EUR, USD and GBP. You can use the Currency Switcher on the right side of the product grid in our shop to switch between the currencies.
All prices in the invoice will be displayed in the currency selected.

What payment method can I use?

I want to pay by bank transfer. Where can I get the details?

Once you place the order, you’ll receive an email notification with our bank details.
If you haven’t received it, please check your Spam folder.

Where to buy Bitcoin?

How will I know that my transfer of funds has been received?

As soon as your funds reach us, you’ll get a confirmation email from us.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location, the number of items in the order and their total weight.

Select the items in the shopping cart and enter the delivery address to check your shipping costs.
The more you order, the lower the shipping cost per item.

What shipping methods do you use?

We mostly use UPS, DHL and FedEx, but we can also dispatch your order with other carriers based on the location.

How long does the delivery take?

It’s typically up to 12 business days after we receive your transfer of funds. Shipping time may be extended if special services or requests apply to the order.

When will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as the order is dispatched. Generally, it can take up to 8 business days after the funds are received as long as all models are in stock.  Packaging time may be extended if special services or requests apply to your order.

Where are the items dispatched from?

We have warehouses in Asia, the USA and Europe. The items are usually shipped from warehouses in Asia and the USA. Flash sale deals may be available from other locations. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with special deals and company news.

Can I receive the items from Europe?

Yes. We provide an optional European Freight Forwarding service you’re welcome to add to your order at the checkout. 

How does the European Freight Forwarding service work?

The goods are shipped from Asia or the USA. We handle the import procedures after which the goods are delivered to your final address. All hassle free for you!

This process helps us guarantee safe delivery anywhere in the EU. The delivery time depends on the country of destination.

Are you a legitimate company?

Yes. TicDistribution.com platform is run by SIA KURJERS, a legitimate EU-based company with over ten years of experience in the industry, but we’re not an official distributor of the brands. 

Are your items authentic? What packaging do they come in?

All our items are authentic and come with their original packaging which is included in the price.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all items. Once the item is sold to a third party, the client becomes responsible for the warranty.

We guarantee the quality of all goods. If a new and unworn item is defective, we will replace it or its damaged parts, or refund the purchase amount in the form of store credit. 

Replacement parts for used items can be provided upon request and we reserve the right to determine whether to provide them free of charge.
